Position: Cleaner (Fort Knox)

Job Overview

Winn Companies is hiring a Cleaner for our Fort Knox, KY location.

Location and Identification Requirements

• This position is located at a federal facility.
Under the REAL  effective May 7, 2025, a REAL‑ driver’s license or  required to access the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Clean entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
  • Clean common areas such as community centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors.
  • Carry and maintain all cleaning supplies needed to perform routine functions.
  • Complete work quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
  • Handle other common area cleaning tasks, including trash pick‑up, dog‑waste station clean‑up, and community trash removal.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a high‑school program.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing that meets the company’s Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Ability to understand spoken and written English.
  • Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Excellent customer‑service skills.
  • Must possess a REAL‑ driver’s license or  federal facility access.

  • High‑school diploma or GED equivalent.
