As Floater, you will be a key team member responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of multiple locations. Your role will involve working across different sites, including both day and night shifts, and stepping in to fill in when needed. You will support the team by performing various cleaning tasks, from general maintenance to specialized tasks like carpet and tile cleaning.

Your flexibility, reliability, and commitment to quality will be essential in keeping our facilities pristine and well-maintained.

• Support Across Locations: Travel to various sites during your shift, providing cleaning support where needed. You will step in to help with call-offs or fill in for employees who are unavailable, ensuring that each location receives the care and attention it requires.
• Shift: 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday to Friday
• Centralized Location Needed: Given the wide coverage from Deerfield to Miami, it’s important for candidates to reside in a central area, ideally between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, for efficient and timely travel to all work sites.

  Work closely with the team, assisting with general cleaning tasks and helping with more specific projects like carpet or tile cleaning when necessary.

• Customer Satisfaction: Play an integral role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and delivering exceptional customer service. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the reputation of Tam Care as a trusted service provider.
• Core Cleaning Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, disinfection, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash bins, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms by restocking supplies, cleaning fixtures, and ensuring overall tidiness.
  • Clean carpets, tile, and other types of flooring, ensuring that they are properly maintained.
  • Clean common areas, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairwells, and other designated areas.
  • Assist with the restocking of cleaning carts and closets at the end of each shift.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in janitorial work with references.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must live in the Broward County.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience cleaning restrooms, carpets, tile, and hard surface flooring (tile, LVT, marble).
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites during your shifts.
• Must pass a background check.
• Positive attitude, a strong team spirit, and a willingness to learn new tasks and processes
• Ability to work independently while following supervisor's direction.
