- Ability to operate floor machines and cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors
- Operate floor care equipment safely
- Vacuum and clean carpets and common areas
- Respond to spills and maintain floor safety
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed
