We’re actively seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with necessary documentation, ensuring accurate information and record keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on‑site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance at a level that helps achieve the branch/district’s overall metric targets.

This is a customer‑facing role and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID‑19 vaccination and other measures related to COVID‑19. Do you meet these requirements?

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Possess a basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to successfully complete the 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Be able to travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required).
• Take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter their premises.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $19.00‑$26.50 per hour. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
