Total Cleaning in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Floor Care Technician's Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri 6pm-2:30am or 10pm-5am) with some weekends, for a full-time role. You will supervise janitorial and floor care operations, train staff, coordinate schedules, oversee equipment maintenance, ensure safety and quality control, and report findings to management.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong leadership.
