Janitorial Site Supervisor

Job Overview

Harvard Maintenance is hiring a Janitorial Site Supervisor to manage cleaning and maintenance at assigned properties, ensuring tasks meet contractual specifications and customer standards.

• Supervises, directs, and coordinates employees, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintains all payroll records, performance documents and disciplinary actions.
• Assigns tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments.
• Performs quality control to conform with Harvard and customer standards.
• Trains new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques.
• Ensures proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to.
• Orders and issues supplies and equipment.
• Responds to customer issues and escalates as necessary.
• Responsible for general equipment maintenance.
• Manages projects and special assignments as requested.

• Supervisory experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning required.
• 1+ year of relevant cleaning or facility maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to train staff, conduct inspections, and ensure safety compliance.
• Tech-savvy; able to use smartphones/tablets for scheduling and reporting.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.

USD $25.00/Hr.

Tuesday to Saturday from 7am to 4pm (40hrs a week).
