Weekend Porter

Schedule:Saturday & Sunday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Weekend Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our Deerfield Beach property. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping public areas clean, well-stocked, and safe while providing excellent service.

• Clean and maintain public restrooms throughout the shift.
• Refill restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
• Perform general cleaningdutiesto ensure all restroom areas remain clean and sanitary.
• Complete one scheduled cleaning of the Boat Shop during each shift.
• At approximately
  10:00 PM
  , prepare the restrooms for closing by:
• Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
• Ensuring all restrooms are clean and ready for the next day.
• Closing and securing the restroom facilities.
• Inspect restrooms and surrounding areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Report any mechanical or maintenance issues, such as plumbing problems, broken fixtures, lighting issues, or damaged equipment, to management immediately.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other porter and cleaningdutiesas assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous janitorial or porter experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability toworkindependently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
