Maintenance Technician - Novo Las Olas

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance to diagnose and repair defects in accordance with policies and safety standards;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting work;
Access and obtain materials, supplies, and tools from the property maintenance department, track usage, return unused items, and notify supervisor when re-ordering;
Complete documentation and paperwork promptly to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and general maintenance tasks;
Support cost-control programs by repairing parts rather than replacing them when possible and using materials efficiently
