EVS Specialist (Floater) position

The EVS Specialist (Floater) position is designed to provide operational support for Nicklaus Children's Hospital (NCH) and NCPS accounts, ensuring uninterrupted service coverage. We are seeking two (2) individuals for this role, with one assigned to the North region and one assigned to the South region, to support staffing needs related to employee absences, vacancies, vacations, weekend coverage, and special projects.

• Cover employee PTO, callouts, and open positions.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed.
• Perform routine and detail cleaning following standards.
• Assist with floor crew and training new employees.
• Respond to emergency operational needs.
• Maintain communication with Supervisors and Managers.
• Follow all company safety policies and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or healthcare cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel between multiple facilities.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
