KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building interiors and exteriors at a residential community in Fort Lauderdale. Under limited supervision, you will keep systems running, schedule and coordinate vendor work when needed, and maintain service records.
The role requires ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift up to 30 pounds, and respond to emergencies within 30 minutes after hours.
