Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation throughout the property. This role supervises staff, assigns tasks, conducts inspections, and provides training to maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents, guests, and staff. Key responsibilities include supervising, training, and supporting housekeeping staff in daily operations.

Assigning cleaning duties and inspecting work to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met. Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; coordinating orders as needed. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Assisting in hiring, scheduling, and evaluating housekeeping team members. Addressing and resolving resident, guest, or staff concerns related to housekeeping services. Maintaining records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and staff performance.

Coordinating special cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning. Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly. Fostering a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork and service excellence.

Full-Time 7am-5pm Compensation up to $22 DOE. Please do not apply if you live more than 30 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale area.
