Job Purpose:
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager responsible for overall facility coordination. Work with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance. Approve vendor invoices and track them using SAP and handle special projects as assigned. Manage the preparation of routine analysis and updates for FM budget for technical and infrastructural FM scope. Support administrative activities and REM implementation, meeting the requirements of compliance and support the leadership to attend the strategy of the Business and Corporate Real Estate.
Your tasks:
- Manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure effective delivery of facility services, maintenance, and repairs.
- Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.
- Ensure landlord compliance with lease agreements related to maintenance and property management obligations.
- Independently resolve facility-related issues and operational challenges, including complex and non-routine matters.
- Plan, coordinate, and support facility projects to ensure smooth execution and operational continuity.
- Manage procurement activities, including obtaining vendor bids, creating purchase orders, and coordinating contracts.
- Oversee project budgets from initiation to completion, including cost control, invoice review, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and analyze KPIs, operational reports, business reviews, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Your profile:
- Education Level: University degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent degree) required
- Spanish language is a plus.
- Ability to deal effectively with people both internally and externally.
- Detail oriented with good follow up skills.
- Customer service centric and action oriented.
- Good sense of logic and problem-solving skills.
- Technically competent with office environments.
Experience Level:
- Open to recent Industrial Engineering graduates; relevant internship, co-op, or academic project experience may be considered in lieu of professional work experience.
- Practice with financial controls;
- Knowledge about the 5S concept;
- Advanced Office (Excel and PPT).
