Job Summary: We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Flex Cleaners to provide high-quality cleaning services at various commercial, and office locations. This flexible position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and able to work different shifts based on business needs.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
• Follow company cleaning standards and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Travel to different job sites as scheduled.
• Must have a reliable transportation and Drivers License

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
