Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator

EDSA is seeking a dependable and hands‑on Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to support the daily operation and upkeep of our Ft. Lauderdale campus.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role is responsible for helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workplace for our employees and visitors.

As EDSA’s Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll support the day to day needs of our workplace through hands on maintenance, operational support, and campus upkeep.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance tasks, and general upkeep to support the functionality and appearance of EDSA’s campus.
• Maintain outdoor areas, grounds, onsite guest house spaces, and other property areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with vendor and contractor coordination, including facility access, maintenance visits, repairs, and service requests.
• Monitor facility conditions, identify maintenance needs, and proactively address or communicate issues.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking of janitorial, office, and facility supplies.
• Support workplace operations by coordinating deliveries, material pickups, facility‑related errands, and warehouse activities using the company vehicle as needed.
• Move, assemble, and transport furniture, equipment, supplies, and materials in support of office needs, projects, and special events.
• Assist with workplace improvement projects and perform other hands‑on facilities related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional trade training or related education is a plus.
• Two or more years of experience in facilities, maintenance, property operations, landscaping, warehouse, or a similar hands‑on role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform work both indoors and outdoors.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
