• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned sites

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
• Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Prepare reports on site activities, staffing, and supply usage for management review

• Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning services management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform inspections and identify areas for improvement
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
