Hourly pay rate: $22.00
Work schedule:
Full-time.
Occasional flexibility for emergency response or special projects may be required

Our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and the value of their properties by:
- Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Inspecting, troubleshooting, and completing repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Maintaining common areas, amenity spaces, mechanical rooms, and exterior building features.
- Operating and maintaining tools, equipment, and mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards.
- Identifying potential maintenance concerns and proactively reporting or addressing issues before they become larger problems.
- Responding to service requests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and communicating completed work to management.
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance practices.
Ability to communicate professionally with residents, vendors, management, and fellow team members.
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices.
Understanding of applicable state and local codes related to building maintenance.
Ability to use smartphones, email, and basic technology for work orders, communication, and reporting.
At least 2 years of directly related or closely related experience
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate, climb, and perform work on ladders (1-2 stories) – 24-28ft.
