Facilities Manager Assistant

Southern 441 Toyota is seeking a dedicated Facilities Manager Assistant to support the maintenance and smooth operation of our dealership located in Royal Palm Beach, FL. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.00, paid bi-weekly, and is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.

• Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the dealership's physical premises.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance services with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety and health regulations.
• Monitor the condition of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to management promptly.
• Support inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Help with scheduling and supervising janitorial and maintenance staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate records related to facility management activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in facilities management or a related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance.
• Reliable and able to handle physical tasks as required.
