Residential Cleaning Staff Wanted

Ark Resource Group is recruiting responsible and reliable individuals for a residential cleaning company that provides services in different areas of Broward County. This opportunity is ideal for people with experience or interest in residential cleaning, who can work as a team and have availability from Monday to Friday. Office

Location:

Weston, Florida. All staff must report to the office located in Weston at the beginning of each shift. From the office, the company will provide transportation to the different assigned residences during the day. Work Area:
Broward County. The assigned houses may be located in different cities or areas within Broward County. Locations may vary daily depending on client scheduling. Position Type:
Part-Time. Payment mode reported by the client: 1099. The final hiring and payment details will be explained to the selected candidate before starting. Minimum payment of $420 per week. Compensation may vary depending on the number of houses assigned and worked during the week.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday. Office arrival time in Weston: 8:00 AM. Approximate departure time:
Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The departure time is not fixed. Each team can attend approximately between 2 and 5 houses per day, depending on the size of each residence, the type of cleaning required, the distances between properties, and the day's schedule. Due to this daily variation, the position is considered Part-Time. Candidates must have flexibility with the end time of each shift.

Team Organization:
The work is done in teams of two people per location. Each residence will normally be attended by a team of two members. Both people must collaborate to complete the cleaning efficiently and maintain the quality standards established by the company. When one member finishes their assigned area, they must support their partner with the remaining areas when necessary. Transportation:
The candidate must have reliable transportation to:
Arrive at the Weston office before the start of the shift. Return home from the Weston office at the end of the day. The company provides transportation during the workday. This includes:
Transportation from the Weston office to the assigned houses. Transportation between the different residences during the day. Transportation back to the Weston office after finishing the last assigned house. Normally, staff will not have to use their personal vehicle to travel between client houses.

Requirements:
Perform general cleaning of residences. Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas. Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors. Clean surfaces and remove dust. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces when appropriate. Collect and properly dispose of garbage. Keep work areas organized. Use cleaning products and equipment correctly. Work together with the second team member. Follow established cleaning instructions and procedures. Check assigned areas before leaving each residence.

Report immediately any damage, incidents, or unusual situations. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude within the clients' homes. Experience in residential cleaning is preferred. Must speak Spanish to facilitate communication with the work team and supervisors. Be responsible and punctual. Be able to work efficiently in teams of two people. Follow established instructions and procedures. Maintain a professional attitude within the clients' homes.

Have reliable transportation to get to and from the office in Weston. Availability from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM. Flexibility to finish approximately between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Ability to perform the physical functions typically associated with residential cleaning. Availability to start as soon as possible.

Schedule:

This position does not have a fixed end time. Teams can attend approximately between 2 and 5 houses daily. A larger house may require more cleaning time, while smaller properties may be completed more quickly. For this reason, some days the shift may end around 1:00 PM, while other days it may extend until around 5:00 PM. Candidates must agree to this flexibility before accepting the position.
