We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Technician to support a secure federal facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary work environments through routine cleaning, facility upkeep, and adherence to established quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional service, works well independently or as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a professional appearance of facility spaces.

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal practices.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain floors through appropriate cleaning and care procedures.
• Clean windows, doors, fixtures, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Operate and maintain janitorial equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or facility issues to management.
• Follow all safety, security, and facility procedures while working in secure environments.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing janitorial, custodial, or facility cleaning services.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and work ethic.

• Experience supporting government, commercial, industrial, or secure facilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling procedures.
• Experience working in environments requiring adherence to security protocols.
