Job DescriptionThe Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium's common areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing routine and deep-cleaning tasks according to established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and properly dispose of waste
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors in common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of community rooms, fitness centers, and amenities
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and paper products
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management or maintenance staff
- Light maintenance duties such as pressure cleaning and using leaf blower
- Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects, events, or seasonal tasks
- Perform light exterior cleaning such as entryways, walkways, and trash areas
Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm Pay Rate: $18 PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE TAMARAC AREA.
