MORANTE CLEANING SERVICES LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Flexible Cleaner to join our growing team in Fort Meade, MD! • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across assigned locations
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
  
  Wipe down surfaces, windows, and fixtures to ensure a polished, professional appearance
• Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to supervisors
• Adapt to varying schedules and job sites as needed to meet client demands
• Follow all safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have a vehicle to travel between multiple job sites on the Fort Meade Campus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
