Part‑Time Maintenance Associate

Fort Mohave, AZ – On‑site.

Schedule:

Part‑Time & Seasonal, 16‑20 Hours/Week.

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small items such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and collect trash.
• Turn over units after move‑outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are functioning.
• Assist customers on site when they need help.
• Overall upkeep to keep the facility looking professional and operating smoothly.

Paid Time Off (PTO) eligible. No drama and no favoritism. We promote from within—most supervisors started in this role. Schedules are posted in advance and tools and supplies are provided.

• High school graduation or equivalent (required).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable means of transportation (required).
• No maintenance expert experience required—we provide training.
• No college degree required.
