Part-Time Maintenance Associate –

Location:

Fort Mohave, AZ – On-site.

Schedule:

Part‑time & seasonal, 16–20 hours/week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, light outages, leaks, and other problems.
• Repair small items such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch work.
• Keep the facility clean – hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas.
• Prepare units after move‑outs by sweeping, cleaning, and getting them ready for new renters.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are functioning.
• Assist customers on site as needed.
• Maintain overall appearance and smooth operation of the property.
