Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role

• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation to and from work
