Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the facility
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a similar maintenance role
Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from work
