We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in general maintenance and repair and be comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
Duties & Responsibilities- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Light electrical work
- General troubleshooting and repairs
- Preventative maintenance
- Repair and maintain property equipment and facilities
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
