Assist in gaining and retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services. This position is full time..

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers
• Support the Restoration division regularly with water, fire, mold, biohazard restoration work
• Participate in the company’s sales meetings and increase the average specialty cleaning ticket through upselling value-added products.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to record daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Highly Desired Certificates from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
  * preferred, but not required

• Specialty Floor & Upholstery Cleaning Crew Chief
• Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
• Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
• Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
