Range Water Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and ensure buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. You will handle work orders, supervise staff, and manage inventories and budgets to stay within budgetary guidelines.
This role requires OSHA/MSDS knowledge, strong communication, and at least 2–3 years in apartment maintenance. Proficient PM software experience (Entrata/Yardi/One Site) is preferred.
