Maintenance Technician - The Hadley

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of defects and making repairs in accordance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating a punch list, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies, and inspecting work finished;
Follow procedures for obtaining materials, tracking inventory, returning unused items, and notifying maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities (e.g., pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, painting curbs and signage)
