Integrity Commercial Cleaning is looking for a motivated Cleaning Team Lead to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll coach and support your team while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every visit.

• $16.50–$17.50 per hour (based on experience)

• Lead and support a team of professional cleaners at multiple commercial locations.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly, safely, and on schedule.
• Train and coach new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Perform quality inspections to maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Resolve employee or client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with scheduling and daily operations to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to motivate, coach, and support a team.
• A professional attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
• Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.

• Valid Florida Driver License (Required)
• Reliable personal transportation (Required)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Ability to travel between job sites
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
