ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Florida to uphold our commitment to resident satisfaction through skilled, efficient service. The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on timely maintenance, preventive programs, and budget adherence across communities.
The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) and can lead teams, coordinate vendor work, and maintain safe, clean common areas and pools.
