Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists with pressure washing.
  • Assists Grounds with weed eating and mowing.
  • Assists with unloading materials.
  • Assists with special projects and support services.
  • Assists with event set-up and tear-down.
  • Assists with sweeping and cleaning the maintenance warehouse.
  • Assists with cleaning the work site.
  • Works independently when required.
  • Collaborates with skilled tradesmen.
  • Assists with minor painting work.
  • Assists with basic maintenance tasks.
  • Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Stand regularly, walk, sit occasionally.
  • Use hand to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
