Maintenance Repair - MFCAA - Fort Campbell, KY

Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard, Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. The role is on‑site unless otherwise stated.

Keeping our hotel running smoothly is vital to our guests’ experience. As a Maintenance Representative, you’ll keep everything looking sharp and running like clockwork – from simple repairs to forward‑thinking for the next day. With naturally high standards, you’ll approach every task with devotion and pride.

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish items in guest rooms.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Follow high safety standards, report incidents, dangerous conditions or unsafe equipment to your supervisor.
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel, such as the car park and pool.
• Monitor the preventative maintenance calendar and ensure everything operates efficiently.
• Provide friendly, helpful assistance to guests.
• Notify your supervisor or duty manager of low running supplies.
• Present yourself in a clean, uniformed appearance.
• Be ready to take on extra duties as needed by the team.

• At least one year of maintenance or repair work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and building management or reporting software such as Hot Sos, Opera, Lutron, Bartech, or Inncom.
• Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance procedures.
• CPO certification is desirable if a pool is involved.
• Physical fitness: able to stand most of the day, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Compliance with local food handling and alcohol service laws; minimum legal drinking age and fluency in the local language.
• Excellent communication skills; warm, welcoming, and approachable.

Hourly pay range: $15.00 – $19.79. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other employee benefits.
