Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Day

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
• Replace light bulbs and other electrical work.
• Perform plumbing (sinks, toilets, etc).
• Minor HVAC repair and maintenance.
• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs to equipment.
• Perform center wide basic repair in custodial, roads, and grounds.
• Operate and maintain a variety of maintenance associated power tools.
• Collect and dispose of all litter, trash, and debris on grounds, streets, and parking lots.
• Assist other maintenance staff with necessary maintenance and repairs of Center buildings.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to associated equipment.
• Perform limited repairs of buildings and associated equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure.
• Monitor supply levels of products needed to perform janitorial tasks.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or other structures.
• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
• Ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
• Must have ample dexterity to bend, reach, stretch, sit, stand, type, and lift up to 30 pounds.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Report.
