As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and correcting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate stocks, store in proper containers, and place orders when needed.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
