- Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property, diagnosing defects and performing repairs according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists, coordinating vendors as needed;
Track inventory and manage materials, equipment, and tools, returning unused items and notifying when re-orders are needed;
Complete documentation and paperwork to accurately document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, painting, and related tasks; support cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible
