Job Title: B & G Temporary Grounds Crew (Summer 2026)
FSLA Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities- Assist in morning routines such as cleaning glass on entry doors and cleaning patios.
- Provide exterior maintenance of lawn, shrubs, and plants as needed.
- Assist with routine maintenance on outdoor lawn equipment.
- Assist with preventative maintenance on the building’s interior equipment.
- Assist with trash removal activities as required.
- Assist with building repairs including caulking, sealing, painting and washing of interior windows.
- Assist in sending/receiving general merchandise and supplies and in daily setup of training and conference rooms.
- Help ensure that repair orders and projects are completed by the required completion date and record time in Maintain X.
- Assist with performing other duties as required to support department efficiency and operation.
- Assist with installation and repair of the outdoor sprinkling system.
- Assist in maintaining pond/fountain pumps to provide adequate water flow for displays.
- Ensure that maintenance checks on lawnmowers are performed satisfactorily.
- Complete other projects as assigned.
- Good eye/hand coordination and basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stretch to perform manual labor and repair equipment. Ability to climb a ladder and work outside in adverse weather.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Ability to read and decipher information on Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Participate in OSHA training as scheduled.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools.
- Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to operate power equipment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
