Position Summary
The Weekend Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for residents, visitors, and staff during 2nd shift every Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Perform routine repairs
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
- Monitor building systems and ensure safety compliance
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs
- Document completed work orders accurately
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism
