All Chem Solutions is a locally owned and operated company with over 65 years in business. We are looking for a responsible Route Manager/Technician for a full‑time manual labor position. The role involves maintaining and repairing commercial dishwashers, soap dispensers and related machines in Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Take inventory from customer locations and fulfill orders.
- Conduct daily checks, repairs, and general maintenance on soap dispensers and dishwashers.
- Lift containers weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Provide excellent service with good people, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Travel to customer sites and maintain a clean driving record.
- Self‑motivated and responsible.
- Good customer‑service and people skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug test.
