Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

Hiring a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.

The Maintenance Mechanic supports Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, and independently performs defined tasks.

• Maintain lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
• Assist the operations team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• General interior maintenance – HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.).
• Minor plumbing repairs.
• Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
• Be on call for after‑hours emergencies.
• Comply with all policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.

• Valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Self‑motivated individual capable of working independently or in a team environment.

• Completion of an applicable technical training program; at least one year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Willingness to climb, bend, kneel, lift, and drive frequently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Will be provided with the tools necessary for assigned work.
