💲 $14–$16/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaners in Ft. Wayne. In this role, you’ll help create clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our clients—making a real difference behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Restock supplies and keep janitorial areas organized
• Follow site-specific checklists and safety guidelines
• Work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards
• Lift and move up to 35 lbs as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to stay active (standing, bending, lifting) throughout your shift
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Willingness to complete a background check
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
