Hotel Maintenance Technician: On-Call & Pool​/HVAC Expert

Blue Flame Management manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne:
Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites (dual property location).

Your general responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed, executing and completing the preventive maintenance program, monitoring work orders using the Quore program, completing assigned work orders efficiently, maintaining property grounds and curb appeal, monitoring pool/spa maintenance and equipment, ensuring pool/spa meets state board of health standards, and responding to guest inquiries during shift regarding maintenance issues with guest rooms or public meeting spaces—including electrical, plumbing, key lock systems, and HVAC issues.

Preferred qualifications:

high school diploma or GED; one to two years of hotel maintenance experience; experience in pool maintenance; ability to deal with various personalities and situations; ability to make fast and sound decisions; desire to reach perfection; ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos; readiness to be on-call as needed; availability to work weekends if needed.
