Location
The position is based at three hotels in Fort Wayne:
Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and assignments as instructed.
- Execute, maintain, and complete the preventive maintenance program, monitoring work orders using the Quore program.
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain property grounds and curb appeal.
- Monitor and maintain pool/spa and related equipment, ensuring compliance with state board of health standards.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding maintenance issues with guest rooms or public meeting spaces, including electrical, plumbing, key‑lock systems, and HVAC.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to two years of hotel maintenance experience.
- Experience in pool maintenance.
- Ability to work with diverse personalities and situations.
- Strong decision‑making skills and a desire for perfection.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Readiness to be on‑call as needed.
- Availability to work weekends if required.
