Data Center Team Lead-Builds (B Shift M-F 2PM-10:30PM)

Solutions

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers including management of shipping documents and records
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine condition
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenish orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
• Oversee placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy
• Perform population of electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics
• Install rack hardware using a variety of hand, power and measuring tools
• Operate equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks
• Perform and oversee cleanup activities in the work area to maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards
• Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the day
• Daily adherence to safety and process procedures
• Punctuality and reliability
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Flexible and cross‑train in multiple departments within the datacenter
• Effective delegation and coaching skills

• 3-5 years of related experience in data center operations, warehousing or logistics
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
• Computer proficiency
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
• The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must pass federal/state/local background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests

Expected base pay range is $24 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
