FORT WAYNE-JANITORIAL CLEANER – 2ND SHIFT (Fort Wayne, IN)

Maintain the highest standards of integrity focusing directly on our customers' needs, be passionate about our business and maintain an immediate sense of urgency to our customers.

Shift: 2nd Shift – Most positions start after 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Weekends available.

Pay: $13.00–$15.00 per hour.

Bonuses: $100.00 perfect attendance bonus, $300.00 referral bonus.

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairs.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Cleaning sinks and countertops in break rooms.
• Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners; cleaning receptacles as necessary.
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Cleaning windowsills and vents.
• Maintaining janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Maintaining janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively independently or with a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn.

• Acceptable criminal background check.
• Acceptable drug screen.
• Reliable transportation.
• Routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds.
