We need regular (every 2 weeks) cleaning of our 4-bedroom, 4 full + 2 half bathroom home. This is a large house; a team of two people may be needed. We have two children and a dog, so regular cleaning is needed to stay on top of pet hair, sticky countertops, etc.
In addition to regular cleaning, we would like the person who takes this job to change the sheets on 3-4 beds each week.
We are looking for a person/people to CLEAN the house - not just do a quick wipe-down of surfaces. We are willing to pay for quality, experienced people who treat housekeeping like a respected career instead of just a side- or part-time job.
If we find a good match, there is potential for additional hours and responsibilities: laundry, general organization, food prep, occasional deep cleaning of refrigerators, etc.
The final number of hours needed per clean and hourly rate will depend on number of people who take the job and level of experience.
