2nd Shift Custodian

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online music instrument and pro audio gear retailer is seeking an energetic and self‑directed individual to join our Maintenance team! We take great pride in the external and internal appearance of our facility and see it as a reflection of our business.

2nd Shift Extended – 5 days a week (may include weekends), 6pm – 3am.

• Responsible for cleaning offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and other public areas.
• Perform routine daily cleaning, including running a floor scrubber and scheduled deep cleaning as needed.
• Occasionally perform light facilities maintenance tasks such as simple repairs using hand tools.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.

• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently or on a team.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience with light facilities tasks (minor repairs, paint touch‑ups, etc.) is a plus but not required.

Relocation to our state‑of‑the‑art campus in Fort Wayne, IN is required.
