Overview
Blue Flame Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its hotels in Fort Wayne, IN (Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North). This role focuses on preventive maintenance and ensuring public spaces and guest rooms are well maintained.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance tasks/assignments as instructed and complete the preventive maintenance program.
- Monitor work orders using the Quore program to ensure the maintenance of public spaces and guest rooms.
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently and effectively; maintain property grounds and curb appeal.
- Address maintenance needs across HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, boiler/chiller, and plumbing as required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
