PurposeIndependently performs all basic custodial functions. Follows specific instructions and procedures requiring physical effort to complete assigned duties.
QualificationsKnowledge of cleaning and related custodial duties is desirable. Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, machines and equipment such as floor machines, vacuums, etc., is desirable.
Must be able to lift, pull, or push 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally. A 50-pound lift test will be required.
Must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff and the general public. Must be able to get along with others in a team situation.
