Greencroft Communities’ Golden Years Homestead is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across our Independent Living and Assisted Living campuses. You will supervise preventive maintenance, coordinate with outside contractors, and help ensure safety and comfort for residents.
This full-time role involves hands-on maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, with an on-call rotation to support residents and staff.
