Supervise and coordinate daily Maintenance Technician activities based on production schedules and work order priorities Review factory downtime reports and drive improvements with your team Develop and continuously optimize preventative maintenance schedules for all facility equipment Build and implement skill development plans for individuals and the department Serve as a key player on the plant-wide maintenance network, coordinating activities and problem-solving across the facility Requirements 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of utilities, facilities, or production equipment maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with CMMS/work order experience Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team Engineering degree or equivalent — military experience accepted in lieu of formal education Benefits Full Benefits Package - see attached Medical Dental 401k/up to 6% match PTO
